Aika : Item Shop Now Live, FilePlanet Contest Announced

gPotato has announced that the Aika item shop is now live! The game's item shop offers convenience and accessory items, such as armor and weapon repair kits, blue mount crystals to augment your mount's stats, and special gourmet dishes that will alter your Pran's personality. Items like the Caviar Salad will make your Pran smarter and the Shrimp Roast will reduce its attention span. I'm not sure what the benefit is of the last one there, someone's going to have to clue me in.

gPotato has also partnered with FilePlanet with the announcement of the "Not According to Script" contest, which asks players to submit original names and quest dialogue for a specific NPC, with the winning entry to come to life in the actual game. Neat! The contest will run from March 31 through April 14.
